Service Description

Yoga for Pole Dancers ~ Class Description ~ A customized yoga practice that compliments the active flexibility used in pole dancing! We will focus on hip flexors, shoulders, and back, going through a warm up, flow, and active recovery that can be utilized before or after your training sessions. Dress in comfortable clothing that you can stretch in, beginner friendly. Open to all! ~Josi’s Bio~ After practicing yoga for many years, Josi decided to become a certified yoga teacher and lead classes specific to the other facets of her life. She has been a pole dancer for 3 years, and have always loved the connection that yoga and Pole have. Yoga is the active recovery that dancers need, as it neutralizes the muscles we use and provides active and passive stretching. In her words she, “loves the mind body connection that these sports provide, and hope to continue to share my love with those around me.”
