THREADIES & TRICKY TRANSITIONS - 12:45pm Twists, turns, and threads galore! Indulge in a variety of sequences that will focus on elevating our flow. Through intentional movement we will build and explore interesting pathways and dynamic transitions. Prerequisites: Confidently executes beginner spins (chair, squat, back hook, Juliet, etc.), familiar with variety of grips (split, true, twisted), has completed 3 beginner choreo/heels classes. Level: High beginner/intermediate, modifications available. ~Get to Know Abi~ Abi is a LA grown pole dancer, with 6 years of experience, specializing in heels choreography & technique. She started pole with ZERO dance or gymnastics background and knows first hand; with discipline & drive you can elevate your skillset to wherever you wish to take it! Cancellation Policy: You are able to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the session for a full refund. Any bookings that need to be cancelled within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and may be transferable to a friend or student on the waitlist!
