Service Description
We're pleased to announce season 11 of the Rise original series- "Strip Club Experience". This series was made to give a look into the art, courage, talent and dedication needed to perform and strip on stage. I believe that being transparent and open about strip clubs and Strip style dance helps bring understanding and respect to those in the industry. This series has also proven to be a good starting point for those looking to get a job in the industry. This series will help students find their own unique flow within strip style and tap into their own sensual/sexual expression. Recommended some strip 101 or choreo classes prior to the series. Recommended to be comfortable in heels. Do not need to know pole tricks! This series includes: - 4x 3 hour sessions- A 30 minute break with 2.5 hours of OG Strip Style material covering flow, personal expression, sensuality/sexuality and the art of performing. Lots of freestyle time in front of others! - A show at Centerfolds with an invite-only audience, keeping your own tips - An optional field trip to Centerfolds and Q&A/welcome party with other industry workers - A 2-hour dress rehearsal at Centerfolds - A group chat with me and all your other performers to help cheer each other on and provide support Cost: $350, any missed sessions will not be refunded Dates: Classes: SAC studio | Fridays 9:30am - 12:30pm | 10/16-11/6 Show: Nov 15th at noon Rehearsal: November 8th at noon The show will have an invite only audience. Show day will be completely immersive, hosted at an actual strip club during their closed hours! *Students and audience members must be 18 years or older to attend. Full nude is an option but not required. During the 4 weeks leading up to show day, students will learn targeted stage flow technique to start building their own "dictionary" of stage moves to use on the big day. We will not be learning specific routines as students are expected to freestyle on stage, just as a real dancer would. We will learn: - up close customer engagement - leg work and other stage poses - moving across the stage - removal of clothing - walking around the pole - facial expressions/finding your performance character - and more
