Service Description

Stretch Sanctuary is a mindful stretch and flexibility class for all levels. In this practice, you’ll be invited to ground your body, build strength through active stretching, and explore shapes you aspire to achieve. This class provides a space to find presence in your practice while nourishing your body with movements that enhance your pole goals and support long-term health. Creating a safe environment where your body feels welcome to try new things is at the heart of the class. Students can expect deep warm-up sequences, muscle engagement exercises, and targeted stretches for specific body parts all designed to leave you feeling stronger, bendier, and more aligned. Prepare to sweat, feel some burn, and put in the necessary work. Bring plenty of water and wear comfortable workout clothes. Yoga mats and yoga blocks are provided by the studio. Knee pads and socks are optional. Can’t wait to get bendy with you!
