Service Description

Let’s slow things down and learn the art of creating spirals in this beginner spin pole class. Developing your awareness and a sense of ease in your pole rotations takes practice and deep presence. This class is crafted for Level 1.5 students and beyond that are wanting to learn and condition spin pole. While we will train our static inverts from the ground, inverts are not a required prerequisite skill for the class. I recommend that students have taken at least three Level 1.5 classes prior to Soft Spirals. Heels are recommended but not required.
