Slipstream Choreo (1.5+)

Service Description

Prerequisites: Level 1.5+ (must be confident with Level 1 choreo elements like dips, pirouettes, fan kicks, basic spins, etc.), regressions and progressions will be available. Having a confident invert from the floor or actively working toward is encouraged but not required. Wardrobe: Socks and kneepads required and sweatpants/leggings highly recommended, no heels (the whole point of the class is sliding around in socks)
