Power Pole - (ADV)

Service Description

Power pole uses exclusively static pole and focuses on pole flips, drops and re-grips. You will learn how to build your momentum and use your power to execute these dynamic movements. Students will be given many options for regressions and progressions to meet you where you are. Featuring a few different combos in class, you can do them from the ground or aerially depending on your confidence! We recommend at least 3-4 level 3 classes or higher to attend. Pre-reqs are basic climb to the top, aerial invert (doesn't have to be pretty), gemini, scorpio and pencil.
