Service Description

The perfect starting point. Beginner friendly! No prior experience necessary. Students can expect to learn various beginner level shapes and spins. Classes may include learning how to climb the pole. Modifications and progressions will be offered for each move if needed. Barefoot or socks is recommended. Shorts or bottoms that show your legs are required to stick to the pole.
