PLAYGROUND: Play. Explore. Disrupt. PLAYGROUND is a freestyle workshop centered on curiosity, intuition, and authentic expression. Through guided prompts, movement exploration, and reflective writing, we’ll discover new pathways in our movement, challenge familiar patterns, and deepen our relationship with freestyle. No choreography. No expectations. Just space to play. All levels welcome. Socks, heels or barefoot dancers are invited. Please bring a notebook and pen for reflection and integration.
