Saturday May 11, 2024 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM Sacramento Studio: 1650A Tribute Rd Sacramento, CA Who is this for? : Mommas and children’s (Ages 4-8) Mother’s Day Pop Up Description: This pop is for all the momma’s out there that want to have some me time without the stress of needing to find childcare! We are so thrilled so offer this unique Mother’s day special at Rise. One of our talented instructors and Momma herself, Kitty, will lead you through a beginner flow choreo with twerk elements in the main studio! And in our back room, our other instructor, Ms. Alexis will lead your little ones through some fun activities like hula hooping, coloring, and potentially learning a short kid-friendly choreography for all the momma to see after class! Alexis and Kitty: Alexis has worked with children ages 3 and up for over 8 years. She has taught multiple styles of dance including ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, and more. She has also directed competitive youth dance teams who have performed all over Northern California. Not only does Alexis aim to have educational classes, but she prioritizes inclusivity and positive mental health practices. She is one of our regular teachers at Rise and cannot wait to help make this an epic experience for you and your little one! You may have seen Kitty at the studio teach our Friday Twerk Flows! Another one of our talented instructors is a momma to three! A little and 2 doggies. Since she was a child she has learned many different dance styles and adores teaching!
