The lab is open… and you're the masterpiece. 💉🩸🕯️ Welcome to The Monster Laboratory, where movement meets madness and every pole dancer becomes a beautifully twisted creation. In this four-part Halloween-themed series, we’ll bring classic monsters to life through stylized pole choreography—each week exploring a new creature, a new energy, and a new dance genre. You'll transform your body into a vessel for horror, beauty, and raw expression as we experiment with dynamics, musicality, and theatrical performance. 👩‍🔬 The Premise: You are the experiment. Each class is a new transformation. One by one, we activate the monsters within... 🦇 Week 1 – The Vampire 🔮 Week 2 – The Witch 🧟 Week 3 – The Zombie 🎪 Week 4 – The Circus Freak Who It's For: High beginner to intermediate. Must be comfortable with a wide array of level 1 moves such as pirouettes, sits, dip spins, leg waves, shoulder rolls, etc… And must be comfortable taking heels choreography classes. What’s included: Group chat with a full series breakdown and will be updated with weekly costume recommendations and recordings of each choreo. Each class includes a tailored warm-up, creature-inspired movement drills, and up to 1 minute and 30 seconds of choreo designed to challenge while also give you plenty of room to play around with your own twisted vision. Dress the part (optional but encouraged): fangs, glitter, fake blood, and fabulous costumes welcome. *This series will NOT result in a performance at the Halloween Showcase* but can definitely be used to spark up inspiration!
