Service Description

Prerequisites: pirouette In this class students can expect to be guided step by step through a choreo focusing on exploring milky movements such as varieties of leg and body waves. Floorwork may include shoulder stands or shoulder rolls with beginner friendly modifications. Knee pads and heels are recommended.
