Tailored for beginners, this class provides the perfect starting point for both those new to pole and those looking for a refresh on their fitness journey. Say goodbye to any worries about prior experience – this is your gentle introduction to the world of pole fitness, designed to be both enjoyable and effective. Whether you're testing your strength or taking your very first step, Intro to Pole embraces every individual's unique fitness path. There's no need for previous upper body strength or dance training – this class meets you where you are. What Awaits You: We will work on fundamental moves such as the basic climb, pole sits, poses and spins. Strengthen your body for more advanced moves of Level 1 and beyond with targeted exercises. Dive into short, easy-to-follow combos so you can have a little (or a LOT) more fun than a traditional work-out. Attire and Atmosphere: Please wear or bring shorts and sleeveless tops for optimal skin contact with the pole. Feel free to layer up or change inside the studio. When it comes to footwear, choose between bare feet, socks, or the empowering embrace of heels – the choice is yours! Expect music and flattering lighting to add a nice vibe to the experience.
