Service Description

A flow/dance based level 1 class. Beginner friendly, at least one level 1 class recommended. Students can expect to tap into more of the dance elements of pole and begin to thread together a combination of moves. This class will introduce body waves and floorwork. Please plan to bring kneepads and socks, heels are optional.
