Heels Technique (L1.5+)
Learn to condition for optimal utilization of your heels and learn proper heel techniques
Service Description
Prerequisites: Pirouette, Fan kick, At least three Intro to Choreo classes, Level 1 pole classes, or combination In this class, we drill a series of pole-incorporated exercises designed to strengthen the entire body for pole dancing in heels. We also work on various techniques you can accomplish with your heels. Expect exercises to condition your core, legs, ankles, and arms. Be prepared to sweat! Please note that aside from the warmup, this class is conducted entirely in heels and kneepads, which are required for participation. This class is recommended for beginners who have already taken a few Level 1 and/or Intro to Choreo classes, intermediate, and advanced students. It is NOT recommended as a first-time class. Required for class - 7- or 8-inch Heels (8-inch preferred, no less than 7-inch) - Knee pads Recommended clothing - Tight workout/biker shorts or leggings - Sports bra, T-shirt, tank top No 6-inch heels or fashion heels
