Service Description

Want to learn how to get your front, pancake and box middle splits? Tight hips and want more range of motion? Come learn how to open your body in a safe way! Deep flexibility requires a balance of strengthening, stretching, and mindset. The goal of this class for you to leave more knowledgeable and empowered to begin or continue your flexy training. There will be an emphasis on dynamic, active, and passive flexibility training. Please come well hydrated and ready to tap into a new side of yourself! Items to bring: WATER and an extra cushion for your knees if you would like (ie. hoodie, pillow)! We provide a yoga mat and yoga blocks!
