Focus On Me - A Stage Presence Workshop Focus On Me is a workshop designed to help you feel more confident and captivating during freestyle performance. We’ll focus on using intentional eye contact, purposeful pauses, and mindful movement to create a stronger connection with your audience. Through guided prompts and interactive props, you’ll explore ways to build confidence, stay present, and develop a freestyle flow that feels authentic and engaging on stage. This class is for all levels. Kneepads and heels encouraged. You will be dancing in front of others for freestyle practice!
