Service Description

Pre-requisites: Confident shoulder roll, comfortable with most level 1 spins, and ability to do at least one strong hold (armpit hold) crunch. This class will focus on various dynamic heels tricks such as fish flops, roll downs, kips & drops, shoulder rolls and shoulder stands, and more. We will focus on a few tricks per class, starting with foundations and adding progressions to build the strength, technique, and body awareness needed to execute dynamic movement safely and with control. 7" or 8" closed toed boots recommended, knee pads required.
