Service Description

Prerequisites: Shoulder rolls backwards and forwards. Have taken at least 4 L1 or L1.5 choreo classes. Confident in 7” heels or higher. Be familiar with true grip, forearm grip, cup grip, and bracket grip. Dance based class focusing on learning a planned routine, taught step by step. Students can expect to possibly make their way up the pole or upside down in this class. Advanced moves like shoulder stands may be included. Knee pads required and heels 7” or higher highly encouraged.
