Celestial Spin ✨ (L2+)

Service Description

An hour dedicated to navigating our orbits around the pole. This Level 2 spin combos class will focus on transitions, endurance, and learning a few new tricks along the way. We will find new ways to use our breath as a tool for expansion. Expect to thread and weave Level 1.5 and 2 movements into your own unique creations. Let’s practice being so immersed in the flow that you enter a whole new dimension of time and space. The ability to invert is helpful however all inversion tricks can entered from an aerial Jasmine. Some orbits will be taught on static pole. Heels are recommended but not required.
