BASEWERK TRICKS & SEQUENCES - 11am All about that base! Sequence building blocks of tricks, twists, drops & threads. For the pole tricksters who want to up their choreography game with new badass basewerk tricks. Prerequisites: Invert from floor, familiar with variety of grips (twisted, true, funky, split), can shoulder roll forwards and back. Level: Intermediate+, modifications available. ~Get to Know Abi~ Abi is a LA grown pole dancer, with 6 years of experience, specializing in heels choreography & technique. She started pole with ZERO dance or gymnastics background and knows first hand; with discipline & drive you can elevate your skillset to wherever you wish to take it! Cancellation Policy: You are able to cancel up to 48 hours prior to the session for a full refund. Any bookings that need to be cancelled within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable and may be transferable to a friend or student on the waitlist!
