*Level 2+ All things SPIN This class is for the spin pole lovers looking to add a little more spice to their pole swirls. Come learn fun transitions that can be incorporated with your favorite pole shapes. I will be breaking down the transition as well as showing examples of how you can enter and exit each transition. There will be modifications for inverting from the floor to aerial inverting. Sabra has over nine years of experience instructing pole dance; teaching students from beginner through advanced levels, as well as choreography-based classes. She is a Level 4 PSO competitor and placed 2nd in both 2018 and 2024.
