About the workshop:Â
Students will learn the five core twerk moves and various other power moves that they have seen in various music videos and house parties! Students should wear patterned or bright colored loose booty shorts because you need to allow the booty to move freely and we need to see all that shimmy and shake!Â
About Keisa:Â
Queen Ursula the Siren on stage and at night, Akeisa Abercrombie by day! I have been a certified Twerk Technician since September 2020, but have been shaking what my mama gave me since I can remember! I also teach sensual choreography and floor work. I am currently an instructor at Vertical Fitness studios in Roseville, CA where I have been taking classes since 2017.Â
