Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned dancer, this class can be found beneficial to you.  In this routine we will get technical with our Pole Walks, Muscle Engagements, Kicks and Spins, Floor work, Pole Climbs and playing with High Knee Hooks.  Our goal is to create smooth transitions and learn to engage all parts of the body.
