About the Event
PLAYGROUND is a freestyle movement workshop centered on deepening your connection to yourself through play. Through guided improvisation, we’ll disrupt familiar patterns, explore new movement pathways, and discover how play can reshape the way our bodies learn, adapt, and express.
Together, we’ll experiment, get curious, and embrace the messy and unexpected, expanding creativity, autonomy, and flow within our freestyle practice.
All levels welcome. Socks, heels, or barefoot dancers are invited. Please bring a notebook and pen for reflection and integration.

This workshop is being offered with a sliding scale ($15 minimum) and all profits are split evenly between the instructor and the studio.
