This is a level 2 choreography class. You will learn a sequence of moves and tricks focusing on technique and fluidity. Please bring kneepads. Heels are not required but are HIGHLY recommended.

My name is Kate and I have been pole dancing for three years and teaching for two. I had no prior dance background before starting pole and believe that anyone is capable of learning. I love all aspects of pole dancing and I’m passionate about expanding my skills as well as other’s. My typical dancing style is flowy and sexy but I love exploring and trying new things. As an instructor, my goal is to provide a welcoming and supportive space and help students further themselves in their pole journey.
