About the Class: 

In this level 2 class, you will learn a series of tricks and transitions to put together a spin combo. Each trick will be broken down with a focus on the small details that will allow you to aesthetically execute each move. Please bring socks and/or heels.

My name is Kate and I have been pole dancing for three years and teaching for two. I had no prior dance background before starting pole and believe that anyone is capable of learning.
