About the Class-

•bring : yoga mat - water - yoga blocks (optional for deeper stretching)

•This class will include a full body warmup and focus on deeper flexibility in legs-shoulders-back. We will touch on handstand basics and finish up with some proper conditioningAbout Jessica-

I have been studying the body through movement since I was 3 years old. I grew up in a dance studio with classical ballet, jazz, tap, and then at age 7 added lyrical, modern, musical theater, hip-hop, ballroom, Pilates and yoga. I moved to New York at age 23 and was contracted in an Off Broadway show as a lead dancer and singer. Once my contract was up I decided to join a circus school in San Francisco at age 24. World renowned contortionist and instructor, Serchmaa Byamba, shared her knowledge with me and was my sole teacher for the first four years of schooling. Thanks yo Serchmaa, I was able to study in Ulanbataar, Mongolia at age 27 and further my knowledge at a local in the city. Throughout my schooling, I began performing professionally as a contortionist by age 26 and shortly thereafter developed a connection with snakes. I added them into my act and quickly began getting billed as a "snake charmer". At age 28 I went under Chinese Handbalance and Contortion instruction where I stayed for three more years.

I aim to give adult bodies a safe way to push their own limits. It's all about the connection with your own self, listening, and having the proper knowledge.
