For a limited time, we will be offering Conditioning and Stretch classes! Let's find out what consistent pole conditioning and focusing on stretch can do! Chelsea will guide you through conditioning sequences to warm up the various areas that we will be stretching out- upper/middle/lower back, hips for a pancake straddle, and front splits. Get ready to sweat and move one step closer to achieving those bendy moves you've been working towards! This is the drop in option to fill the remaining spot in the series class week to week. 🤩 See you there!
