STATIC ROTATIONS (Level 3 recommended) Friday November 14 at 5:30 PM Roseville Studio: 970 Sunrise Ave Suite 125 Helpful Prerequisites (but some modifications available): Somewhat comfortable with Aerial inverting, Jamilla (low straddle), and shoulder mount. ~Class description~ I’m bringing back some of my personal favorite combos that have inspired me over the years. We will be focusing on various static rotations while maintaining control. On static pole, you will learn appropriate starting angles, how to create momentum, pause momentum, and reverse momentum all while maintaining an eye pleasing an angle! ~Get to Know Sabra~ I have been involved with pole dancing for 14 years. 6 years into my pole career, I decided to branch out, and focus on advancing my ability, and knowledge of pole. Since then I have been instructing pole for about 7 years, and I have a passion for power pole techniques and style!
