Sensual Frequency is a level 1.5+ class designed to amplify the energy you radiate through movement. In this experience, frequency becomes your sensual essence. A vibration expressed through intentional, full-body pathways. We’ll explore compressed combinations that invite glides, slides, and floats, creating mesmerizing flows that feel mystical and magnetic. Students will be encouraged to play with tempo as energy, exploring slow melts or lingering transitions before shifting speeds to reach your fluidity and sensual depth. Each class includes 2–3 condensed combinations to expand your base work inventory while curating a sensual frequency that is uniquely yours.
