Low Flow Level 2 and up Heels Required | 7” or higher Prerequisite: • Inverts; floor&aerial • comfortable dancing in Heels (not beginner friendly) ~Get to Know Lane~ Hi guys! My name is Lane Nite! I’m a liquid motion and pole instructor/teacher! I’ve got 11years of pole under my belt and have been teaching for the last 4 years. My primary focus when teaching is individualizing techniques and strategies for students with all levels of dance and strength training backgrounds.
