Luxotic II with Daphne Lux (Intermediate +) 90 min session from 2:30 pm - 4:00 pm Saturday April 19, 2025 Sacramento Studio: 1650A Tribute Rd Sacramento CA 95833 ~Luxotic II Class Description~ Learn a heels routine in Daphne’s signature style. The focus will be on flowing around the pole and reacting to the music. In this workshop we will work on fluidity and control while dancing and learning how to use and listen to different layers in music. Warmup will be focused on flexibility. There will be a mixture of pole work and floor work in the routine - e.g. shoulder rolls, shoulder stands and different static spins. Suitable for Int+ - bring kneepads / socks and heels. ~Get to Know Daphne~ Daphne Lux is a pole dance instructor, choreographer and co-founder of XO Pole Studio in Hong Kong. She has been immersed in the pole dancing world since 2015, and teaching, competing and judging worldwide since 2017, winning many competitions such as Pole Theatre Classique (Switzerland 2018, Germany 2017, World 2017, Sydney 2016), Exotic Generation (Old School 3rd place Korea 2019, 2nd place Poland 2018 1st place Bali 2023) and judging and guest performing at Exotic Generation Korea 2022, Australia 2023. She spends her time between running her studio in Hong Kong and teaching around the world.
