Kips & Drops (L1.5+)

Service Description

Prerequisites: Must be taking L1.5 classes or above. During this class we will get dynamic with various drops and kips from the pole! Think split drops, small flips, and big base tricks! High impact (non-gel) knee pads required and closed toed heels are highly encouraged.
