Hook, Twist, & Fly with Deb 📆 Friday December 5th from 5:30 - 6:30 PM 📍Roseville Studio: 970 Sunrise Ave. Roseville, CA 95661 Class Passes Accepted Take your handsprings and pole skills to new heights in this fun, dynamic combo class! Designed for polers ready to explore and experiment, you’ll refine technique, flow through exciting transitions, and play with powerful, high-level moves like re-grips and aerial entries. This class blends strength, control, and creativity, guiding you through a stylish combo while encouraging you to try new things and find your own unique flow. Perfect for anyone ready to challenge themselves in a supportive, playful environment. Class Level & Prerequisites:
 Level: Intermediate–Advanced (2.5–3+) Prerequisites:
 • Solid handspring from any entry, including kick-ups
 • Comfortable with aerial inverts and inside/outside leg hangs
 • Comfortable with shouldermounts • Open to exploring advanced combos with strength, control, and fluid movement ~Get to know Deb~ Deb discovered pole in 2013 while exploring ways to get in shape, and she quickly fell in love. Over the years, she’s taken breaks, come back, dealt with injuries, and kept returning because pole makes her feel strong, confident, and empowered. Some of her favorite moves are handsprings, deadlifts,re-grips, rotations — but she also loves exploring dynamic combos, transitions, and creative entries that challenge both body and mind. Deb has years of teaching experience, guiding students of all levels, and has performed in shows like Pole Show LA, Rise the Night, and music videos throughout Southern California. Her classes focus on progress, support, and fun — she adapts lessons for every student so no one feels left behind, whether you’re just learning the foundations or mastering advanced combos. Outside the studio, Deb enjoys pole jams, experimenting with new combos, and helping students discover their own flow and confidence. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and creating an environment where everyone can feel challenged, inspired, and empowered on the pole.
