Handstand Shapes & Combos (INT/ADV)

Service Description

Pre-requisites: Recommended level 1.5 or above. We will be playing around with different types of handstands/forearm stands and split grip handstands. We will have different shapes and exits to play with as well. Heels and knee pads are optional but closed toed boots if you do.
