This class is all about bridging the gap between kick-ups and controlled deadlifts with pro-style progressions. You’ll refine your technique, build confidence, and explore advanced entries and transitions. Finish with a stylish handspring combo designed to challenge, excite, and elevate your flow by exploring a variety of entries and exits. Perfect for polers ready to push their limits and unlock the next level of pole mastery. ~Class Level & Prerequisites~ Level: Intermediate–Advanced (2.5–3+) ~Prerequisites~ Students should have a solid, consistent handspring from any entry (for example, kick-up from the ground, crucifix, outside leg hang, inside leg hang, etc.). In addition, students must be able to confidently perform an aerial invert. As long as students meet these prerequisites, they’re ready to explore handspring and deadlift combos, variations, and conditioning in this class. ~Get to Know Deb~ Deb discovered pole in 2013 while exploring ways to get in shape, and she quickly fell in love. Over the years, she’s taken breaks, come back, dealt with injuries, and kept returning because pole makes her feel strong, confident, and empowered. Some of her favorite moves are handsprings, deadlifts,re-grips, rotations — but she also loves exploring dynamic combos, transitions, and creative entries that challenge both body and mind. Deb has years of teaching experience, guiding students of all levels, and has performed in shows like Pole Show LA, Rise the Night, and music videos throughout Southern California. Her classes focus on progress, support, and fun — she adapts lessons for every student so no one feels left behind, whether you’re just learning the foundations or mastering advanced combos. Outside the studio, Deb enjoys pole jams, experimenting with new combos, and helping students discover their own flow and confidence. She’s passionate about sharing her knowledge and creating an environment where everyone can feel challenged, inspired, and empowered on the pole.
