Chairography with Stacey Sunday April 27 in Roseville from 7:45 - 8:45 PM 970 Sunrise Blvd Suite 125 Roseville, CA ~Class Description~ We will explore chair-assisted split variations, dynamic leg movements utilizing the chair for leverage and momentum, as well as supported inversions using the chair for balance and stability. This workshop is great for anyone who enjoys fun and challenging physical exploration! This Is an intermediate workshop, pole level 2 and up suggested. Splits are recommended but not necessary! **Heels are suggested but optional**
