Base Work - Handstands & More INT/ADV

Service Description

Pre-reqs: Aerial Jasmine, Climb, Chair Spin. I recommend high 1.5 Level students at least. Attire: We often do need knee pits so bring your usual pole clothes. Heels are optional. Knee pads optional. Work the bottom third of the pole with various poses and combos. This class is based on my Handstand Poses and Combos but with more options available for other types of similar base work. We will have lots of options and regressions/progressions! Moves and combos you might see: - Various hand stand variations and playing in them with entries and exits - Floor poses such as Russian Butterfly - Shoulder Stands - Fish Flop exits - Floor Jade Combos
