Sacramento, CA 95815 Class Passes Accepted Class description: Come ready to stomp and drop in this high-energy pole choreo class. In this 90 minute workshop, we will cover up to 1 minute of a Hardstyle choreo. Hard Style is a branch of Russian Exotic that is all about attitude, timing, and bold, explosive movement—think sharp lines, hard hits, and unapologetic presence. Perfect for beginners to this style, we will introduce and break down the foundations of that signature hard-hitting edge. Prerequisites: For high beginners+. Not for students brand new to pole. Must be comfortable taking choreo classes and comfortable in heels. Must be familiar with all the basic pole grips such as strong hold, princess, bracket, and split grip. Must be comfortable in basic pole tricks from the ground such as pirouettes, dip spins, fan kicks, etc… Recommended attire: Closed toed platform boots and knee pads required. PLEASE, NO SANDALS. Other than that, wear whatever makes you feel powerful.
