Love Lessons Heels Workshop with Alexis Boseman

This workshop will include basic heels technique, across the floor combinations, freestyle exercises, and heels choreography. We will be working on standing center work that will not only push us to move in new ways but will also be an experience for us to explore ourselves in ways we have not been able to before. Please note that this class will include turns and tricks, so 2-4” heels are recommended as well as knee pads.  Alexis Boseman has described her heels classes as a time to make love to yourself. Her credits include Ode To Saturday (“Run It Up”), Tikibooya (“Uber” and “One More Time”), Xposed Dance Co, And more. She has also traveled internationally to perform at multiple festivals as well as has found herself involved in many community performances in Sacramento, CA.
